REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Overview

Bufeiratravel.com is working as travel agent and consolidator for the airlines and we strictly adhere to the policies of respective airlines while booking the flight tickets to your favourite destination.

Package Payment Policy

Payment Structure:

  • 50% Advance Payment: Must be deposited to confirm the package
  • 50% Remaining Payment: Collected on arrival (First day of the Tour)
  • Non-Payment: Company has full right to stop services if either payment is not made

Important:

Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details, and Service contact Numbers.

Payment Gateways: EBS, CC-Avenue, HDFC gateway, Paytm, Atom, etc.

Offline Payment Options:

  • Cash Deposit at our offices

Service Notes

Important Service Information:

  • Packages can be customized as per customer requirements
  • AC will not be used in Hill stations (North India & North East Region)
  • Vehicles are on point-to-point basis, not on disposal
  • Check-in: 12:00 Noon, Check-out: 10:00 AM (may vary by hotel)
  • Meal timings must be followed as per hotel instructions
  • Hotel categorization in Himachal is based on location, services, and costing
  • Sightseeing may be rescheduled due to monument closures
  • Extra costs may apply for unexpected events
  • Natural calamities or political disturbances costs are borne by passengers
  • Service Charge & Service tax are separate
  • Valid Indian Govt. photo address proof required for all passengers

Cancellation & Refund Policy

General Cancellation Terms:

  • No contract until initial deposit is received
  • Cancellation charges apply if cancelled before 15 days of travel date
  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing
  • 50% advance amount is non-refundable within 15 days of travel
  • Death of family member (blood relation only) may qualify for refund after deducting service charges
  • Death certificate required for refund processing
  • Package cost may change based on market conditions and government policy
  • Complimentary services cannot be claimed as cash or alternatives
  • Invoice may be cancelled due to insufficient advance amount
  • Refund turnaround time: 1-2 working days for processing and crediting

Amendment Policy (Prepone & Postpone)

Date Change Policies:

  • Request must be made 15 days before journey date via email
  • One free prepone/postpone allowed (if intimated 15 days before travel)
  • Second postponement attracts additional charges
  • Service providers may apply charges even after meeting requirements
  • Services and costing subject to hotel/transport availability
  • No changes accepted within 15 days of travel date
  • Advance payment validity: 1 Year from payment date
  • Booking is transferable to friends/relatives

Flight-Specific Policies

Booking Process & Information

In the situations when the Personal Identifiable Details and other Information Sets are appropriately mentioned apart from Flight Ticket Pricing, then Bufeiratravel.com shall offer the passengers the choice to follow through the Booking/Alteration/Cancellation process.

Refund Processing

If the passenger is approved of the Refunds on Flight Ticket, these shall be processed at least 3-7 Working Days to be reflected in the credit card. There might be a little stretch in the days if there are any public holidays.

Flight Cancellations

The flight may be cancelled before the departure in the first leg of your journey, provided that request for the cancellation is executed explicitly in writing by the principle designated passenger who applied for the flight booking. The request for flight cancellation shall not be actuated if it is followed by any representative of the principle designated passenger.

Important Notes

Take a Note:

  • Flight tickets booked through us in general have Non-Changeable and Non-Refundable status. The booking terms as delineated shall be communicated by the Sales Agent of Bufeiratravel.com via Email.
  • Likewise, flight tickets once booked shall not be transferred in the name of other passenger under any circumstance.
  • The request initiated by the principle designated passenger for either cancellation or alterations should be communicated to us in writing before 72 Hours from the time of departure of the first leg of your journey. All requests in this regard forwarded by the passengers outside the framework of our working hours shall not be processed. Inconvenience is regretted.
  • Any request for cancellations or alterations in the flight tickets shall become liable to the Terms and Conditions of the respective suppliers.
  • In a situation where alterations or refunds are permissible, Bufeiratravel.com will charge Administration Fee (appropriately matching the Current Rates) over and above the charges incurred by the Supplier. The Fee is for the services offered by Sales Agents of the Bufeiratravel.com.
