Cancellations within 24 hours of booking may incur refundable transaction service fees. Fees are non-refundable for cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking.

Contact Center Booking Fees

Bookings made through our contact center may incur higher service fees compared to online bookings, covering complex international and multi-stop itineraries. Service fees may range from ₹1,245 to ₹20,750 per passenger (up to ₹10,375 for senior citizens).

PRICE MATCH PROMISE

When you book with Bufeira Travel , we are committed to ensuring that you receive the best price available. To uphold this commitment, we offer a Price Match Promise (PMP). If you find a lower all-inclusive price for the same itinerary on a major online travel agency (OTA) within 24 hours of booking with us, we will match that price and refund the difference.

What do we mean by 'same itinerary'?

The term 'same itinerary' means that every aspect of the booking must match exactly. This includes the airline, flight number, travel date, number of travelers, and seat type.

Why should bookings under PMP be 'offered and available'?

To qualify for PMP, the lower-priced itinerary you find must be live on a competitor's website and available for booking at the time you contact us. Our customer care representatives will verify this information.

How can you notify us that you want to invoke PMP?

Provide your Bufeira Travel booking reference number along with all the details of the lower-priced itinerary, including the airline, flight number, travel date, number of travelers, and seat type. Additionally, include the URL or a screenshot of the lower-priced itinerary to help our customer service representatives verify the information.

Our customer service executive must be able to locate the lower fare based on the information you provide. We reserve the right to deny claims if the request cannot be verified or if you are unable to provide complete information. After verification, you will have the option to either keep your current itinerary or receive a refund for the difference.

Are there any exceptions to PMP?

Certain exclusions apply to the Price Match Promise. These include military, student, government, tour operator, bulk, and vacation package rates. Additionally, fare errors are excluded from this policy.

Additional Notes:

1.Our airline tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Refund options are available only if the travel supplier's policies permit or if Bufeira Travel accepts your refund request. A cancellation or refund request will be processed only if we can secure waivers from the supplier and you are not a 'no show.'

2.All airline refunds/future credits are subject to the airline's fare rules, procedures, and policies.

3.Service fees for changes, refunds, cancellations, and future credits are applied per passenger, per ticket. All service fees are non-refundable and subject to change without prior notice. These fees are in addition to any service charges or fees imposed by airlines and/or travel suppliers. Government-imposed taxes and fees may change. You will be charged only the final total amount displayed or quoted by our agent.

4.Special services are provided upon request only and are subject to airline review and approval based on their fare rules, policies, and procedures. Documentation may be required for specific cases, such as name misspelling, visa/passport issues, baggage receipts, no-show explanations, denied boarding, and duplicate tickets.
